The monthly plan
The monthly plan renews on its own every month. Your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. The price is on the checkout page before you pay.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment method to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly charge happens when it ends.
- The trial is once per person.
- If a payment fails and the retries do not work, the subscription ends and access ends with it.
The 90-day pass
The pass is one payment for 90 days of access. It never renews, and we never charge you again. Access ends after 90 days unless you buy another pass.
There is nothing to cancel. The free trial is for the monthly plan only.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, in one step, from your account page. Or email support@rnpocketpal.com. There is no retention call and no exit survey.
- During the free trial: you won't be charged, and your access continues until the trial ends.
- After the trial: you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
Renewal reminders
For the monthly plan, we email you 3 days before each charge. The email tells you the date and the amount, and how to cancel or pause.
Pausing the monthly plan
If you need a break, you can pause the monthly plan for up to 2 months from your account page. You are not charged while it is paused. You can resume sooner from the same page.
Pausing works for plans bought on the website. Plans bought in the iPhone or Android app are managed by Apple or Google.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a membership on the website. No questions asked. It works once per account.
- Ask from your account page, or email support@rnpocketpal.com.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method.
- After 7 days, and for payments after your first, we don't refund, except where the law requires it. Terms section 20.4 has the details.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund a payment you already made. To get a refund, ask for one.

Bought in the iPhone or Android app?
Apple or Google bills and refunds purchases made inside the app, under their own policies. We cannot refund or cancel those for you.
