The NCLEX-PN is the licensure exam for entry-level practical and vocational nurses, developed by NCSBN. It is a computerized adaptive test of 85 to 150 items with a five-hour limit, built on the 2026 test plan’s eight Client Needs areas. A minimum-length exam includes three six-item case studies that measure clinical judgment, and every exam has 15 unscored pretest items.

Questions
Are these real NCLEX-PN exam questions?
No. They are original practice questions written for RN PocketPal, not questions from the real exam.
Will this tell me whether I’ll pass?
No. You get a score for each topic on practice questions. It doesn’t predict an exam result.
Where do I take them?
In the RN PocketPal app on iPhone and Android. Practice exams are included with the membership.
