Someone sent you a handoff
A colleague sent you a shift handoff or a unit assignment made in RN PocketPal. Here is how to open it.
If it is a .rnpp file
That is an encrypted brain-sheet handoff. It can only be opened in RN PocketPal, and only with the 6-digit code the sender gives you separately — in person, or by phone. If the code arrived in the same message as the file, ask them to send it another way and delete the message.
- Install RN PocketPal below.
- Open the
.rnppfile from your messages or Files. - Enter the 6-digit code from the sender.
- Delete the file once you have imported it.
If it is an assignment PDF
