Frequently asked questions
- Will this write my care plan?
- No. RN PocketPal doesn’t write care plans. We retired the Care Plan builder on October 29, 2026, along with the other app tools that took patient details. Your instructor’s template is the standard for grading, and the reasoning is yours.
- How do I protect patient information?
- Keep patient details out of it. The brain sheet maker runs in your browser and saves nothing, and the sheet prints blank. Follow your program’s rules for what you may write down at clinical, and leave names and other identifiers off.
- Does it help with the NCLEX too?
- Yes. Alongside clinical prep there are NCLEX cheat sheets, practice questions, and an NCLEX-RN course. Start at the NCLEX hub.
- Can I keep using it after I graduate?
- Yes. The role selector in your profile flips from “Student RN” to “RN” with one tap, and the brain sheet, calculators, and Rhythm Practice drills are waiting for your first shift on the floor.
